TIL that for 30 years, filmmaker Nora Ephron (Sleepless in Seattle) knew the identity of "Deepthroat" (Mark Felt) from the Watergate scandal, as her husband was journalist Carl Bernstein. Ephron would tell everyone the truth, but nobody believed her, until Deepthroat was finally identified in 2005.
