TIL of Cindy James, a Canadian nurse who disappeared on May 25, 1989 and was discovered 2 weeks later. Despite the autopsy stating that she died of a combined drug overdose, she had been reporting harassment from an unknown stalker for 7 years. Her cause of death was changed to an "unknown event."
