TIL: Roland the Farter was a professional flatulist who worked in the court of King Henry II, beloved for his timely farts, he was given a manor and 30 acres by the king. His only recorded performance was in a 13th century Book of Fees, which describes it as "one jump, one whistle, and one fart".
