TIL it’s illegal in California to hold a cell phone while driving & that the cell phone must be mounted on the windshield, dashboard, or center console in a manner that doesn’t hinder the driver’s view of road. Also the cell phone must be activated with a single swipe or tap of the driver’s finger.
