TIL during a flight in 1987 a flight attendant shouted "We have a problem!" towards the captain, who then asked "What's the problem?". The attendant was then shot and killed... and a man walked into the cockpit and said "I'm the problem!". He then proceeded to crash the plane, killing 43 people.
