TIL 15-yr-old Temar Boggs & a friend saved a 5-yr-old girl from a kidnapper; the teens saw the girl in the kidnapper's car & chased the car on their bicycles. After a 15 min. chase, the driver apparently knew he was being followed, stopped & let the girl out.
