TIL in 2012 the widow of a man who died while having 3-way sex with a friend & a woman who wasn't his wife was awarded $3m in a malpractice suit. The jury found his doctor was negligent in misdiagnosing his heart condition & failing to warn him to end all physical activity until more tests were done
