Today I learned that someone got to run Windows XP at 90 KHz or 0.09 Mhz. Who is equal to the CPU clock rate of a Intel 4004 (The first cpu in the world)divided by 7. This CPU was released in 1971. The Intel 4004 had 760KHz of CPU clock rate.
