TIL That a small cache of Roman coins were found in a ruined castle on Okinawa, Japan during an archaeological excavation in 2016, marking the first time Roman coins were found on the Japanese Islands. The coins depicted Emperor Constantine the Great, who ruled from 306 to 337 AD.
