TIL the character of Dazzler from the X-Men was the creation of a partnership between Marvel and Casablanca Records. This project would've also included a film featuring comedian Rodney Dangerfield and label's acts like Kiss, Village People, Cher and Donna Summer but it was eventually shelved.
