TIL that the former president of the Milwaukee Police Association, John Balcerzak, found one of Jeffrey Dahmer’s fourteen year-old victims naked, drugged, and bleeding. After joking that the two were lovers, Balcerzak returned the victim to Dahmer, who later killed and dismembered the boy.
