TIL during the 2011 Hackleburg tornado, which was a massive, extremely violent, long-tracked EF5 wedge tornado that lasted for 2.5 hours and killed 72 people, a Corvette was thrown 641 feet (195 meters), and another vehicle from a house nearby was never found again. It just completely disappeared.
