4X0QN TIL the reason behind the missing holes in IKEA's duvet covers. In Scandinavia we always have holes in the corners of our duvet covers, since it makes it easier to make the bed. Apparently IKEA had to remove this since so many customers in other countries thought it was torn and complained about it.
