A green pepper comes to life in this short, fun time lapse video. Did you know that green peppers are red peppers that haven't turned red yet? Watch the transformation occur. This video was shot over the course of 57 days in my time lapse studio. I used a Sony VX2100 mini dv camera in "interval record" mode. It recorded a half second of video every 10 minutes. I then edited the video using Final Cut Pro. The music is "Still Sublime 30" and was purchased from the Studiocutz Music Library.
